This Agreement will be governed, interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the District of Columbia, United States of America, without giving effect to the conflict of laws provisions of that jurisdiction. No waiver by ABD of any provision of this Agreement shall be binding except as set forth in writing signed by its duly authorized representative.
All disputes between you and ABD arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be finally resolved by arbitration conducted in the English language in Washington, District of Columbia, United States of America, under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association, provided that ABD reserves the right to apply for temporary, preliminary and final injunctive relief to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement relating to the use of its trademarks, copyrights, other intellectual property and data security.
